Strength and Stretch classes are made to improve yourself and your technique!  These classes are open to students from any studio


Fit To Dance

This class is a fun-filled, dance-focused fitness class!
Come out to enhance your agility, coordination, strength and conditioning!
Class run by Brent Adam – Fitness Trainer, Owner of Sweat Fitness Regina, and Teacher at Martin Academy

Jumps & Turns

Jumps & Turns is a great way to continue a student’s training. This class focuses on jumping and turning technique, and will introduce new ‘tricks’ to the students.  Take this class complementary to a jazz, ballet, lyrical or acro class to improve balance, strength and quick responses in your muscles.

Stretch

This class will focus on stretching and lengthening muscles and ligaments.  It will include some contortion work as well.
Price is $40 ($35 if you are in an acro class) per month before the Multi Class Discount.


Fee Structure

Monthly price – $40/30 minutes, $48/45 minutes, $52/55 minute classes – multi-class discount applies (register below for this option)
Punch Pass – $175 for 10 classes – attend 10 classes and the 11th is on us! (please contact us for this option)
